Ms. Hoy Sophea, works as General Secretary of CMA since May 2006. Before work with CMA, she worked for Action on Disability Development (ADD) organization in position on Information & Documentation Officer for 4 years and 3 years worked with Chamreun Cheit Khmer (CCK) organization in position on Agriculture Officer. In 2005 she graduated bachelor's degree in field of Management and MBA degree in field of Management in 2008 at National University of Management (NUM).

Ms. Bin Saly, works as Admin and Finance Officer, has joined CMA since June 2008. Prior CMA, she worked with Phnom Penh Hotel as a Sales Secretary in Sales & Marketing Department for 1 year and 6 years worked with Chamreun Cheit Khmer (CCK) Organization in position of Admin & Finance Officer. In 2008 she graduated bachelor's degree in field of Accounting at Human Resource University (HRU).

Mr. Koy Somrithvisoth, works as IT and Marketing Assistant of CMA since July 2008. Before working with CMA he worked for HARTA Packaging Industries that responsible for Computer and Network maintenances, Data backup, Internet Security, and Mail Server. In 2007 he graduated Bachelor's degree of Management Information System (MIS) at National University of Management (NUM).

Mr. Lam Roviay, works with Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) since January, 2008 as an Admin and Training Assistant. In 2004, he graduated Associate Degree of Art in English. In 2007, he finished Associate Degree in Banking and Finance at Center for Banking Studies (CBS) of National Bank of Cambodia (NBC). Currently, he's pursuing Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance which is expected to be completed end of 2009 at National Institution of Business (NIB). Previous experienced, he worked for Cambodian Human Rights Committee, his position was admin assistant in cabinet office.

Mr. Cheang Vanna works with CMA as Training Manager since April 20, 2009. Before working with CMA, he worked for VisionFund Cambodia for 4 years and 8 months as Credit Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, Sub Branch Manager, and Trainer. In 2005 he graduated Bachelor's Degree in field of Economic Development at Royal University of Law and Economic (RULE) and in 2008 Post graduate Master Degree in field of General Management at RULE.
