- Training Topics are requested from your organization for particular participant.
- CMA team with meet with Organization representation to Identify the need (gap between actual and plan) and also review some relevant documents.
- Training Need Assessment after signing service agreement.
- Training Program Development
- Training delivery (Pre- test Assessment, Session Delivery, Post-test Assessment)
- 3 month Training Impact Assessment after training by conducting refresh training with all participants

Venue for In House Training: At your onsite training place or CMA Training place. We will charge 50$ per day if conducted at CMA office.
Methodology: To ensure the effective training and active participation, CMA uses different methodologies as slide presentation, brainstorming, group discussion, role plays, and case study.
