Ms. Hoy Sophea, has worked as General Secretary of CMA since May 2006. Before working with CMA, she worked for Action on Disability Development (ADD) in the position of Information & Documentation Officer for 4 years. Prior to this she worked with Chamreun Cheit Khmer (CCK) in the position of Agriculture Officer for 3 years. In 2005 she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the field of Management and in 2008 she graduated with an MBA degree from the National University of Management(NUM).

Mr. Cheang Vanna has worked with CMA as a Training Manager since April 2009. Before working with CMA, he worked for VisionFund Cambodia for 4 years and 8 months as Credit Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, Sub Branch Manager, and Trainer. In 2005 he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the field of Economic Development at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and in 2008 with a Masters degree in the field of General Management at RULE.

Ms. Bin Saly, has worked as Admin and Finance Officer with CMA since June 2008. Prior to working at CMA, she worked at the Phnom Penh Hotel as a Sales Secretary in the Sales & Marketing Department for 1 year and worked with Chamreun Cheit Khmer (CCK) for 6 years in the position of Admin & Finance Officer. In 2008 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accounting at Human Resource University (HRU).

Mr. Keo Chamnan, has worked as the IT and Publications Officer at CMA since February 2012. Presently, he is pursuing a Master of IT Engineering at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. In the areas of IT he has experience as a System and Network Administrator. His skills include installing, maintaining and supporting computing hardware, operating systems, networks, office applications, plus helpdesk and general user support. He has also written procedural documentation, as well as configured and monitored company anti-virus systems. |

Mr. Lam Roviay, works for Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) since January, 2008. In 2004, he graduated Associate Degree of Art in English. In 2007, he finished Associate Degree in Banking and Finance at Center for Banking Studies (CBS) of National Bank of Cambodia (NBC). In last 2009 he has successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance at National Institution of Business (NIB). In June 2011 he’s finished Master’s degree in field of Management. He’s joint many trainings and workshops of internal and external event. He obtained a lot of experiences in Microfinance Sector since being a CMA’s staff. His position is a Training and Development officer.

Ms. Um Ratana, has worked at CMA since May, 2012 as an Administration and Finance Assistant. Previously, she volunteered at Vanda Institute as a Computer Teacher (Word & Excel, Peachtree, MYOB) for six months and worked with Angkor Coffee for one year and nine months as an accountant. In 2011, she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Accounting at the Vanda Institute.

Mr. Andrew Crawford (also known as Bopha) has volunteered with CMA as a Finance and IT developer since July 2010. Prior to arriving at CMA, he was an academic at Monash University and the Swinburne University of Technology, both located in Melbourne, Australia. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business (Finance and Accounting) and Law from the University of Technology, Sydney. In 2008, he graduated with an Honours degree in Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from Monash University. He is working at CMA as a volunteer of the Australian Government.

Mr. Grant Fitzgerald has volunteered with CMA as a Training Development Support Officer since July 2011. Grant has 4 years experience working as a Project Manager and Project Consultant on major Mining Projects in Australia. Prior to this he worked for 2 and half years as a Project Finance Estimator in the Mining Services and Mining Engineering Industries. Since leaving Australia, Grant has spent the last 2 years working in Asia, first in Cambodia as an English Teacher and then in China as a Business Teacher and Corporate Trainer.
In 2003 Grant completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Finance at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia. Following this he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment in 2008. |
